Research Interests

My research interests involve the development and application of algorithms for protein structure and function prediction on a genomic scale. Specific areas of my current research are ab initio folding, protein structure refinement, and large-scale biological simulations. My work is framed whithin the larger research projects undergoing in our group, namely drug discovery and design, as well as the automated assignment of proteins to metabolic pathways
