Predicted server ranking in CASP8
Predicted ranking of CASP8 participated servers by TASSER-QA for 128 targets. Models with non-full length coordinates were not assessed. Although QA-score is highly correlated with GDT-score or TM-score, the predicted ranking may not be the same as real ranking in the end.
